To transfer an existing user to another location in SchedulePop, follow these steps:
From Dashboard, go to the Users page.
Click the Add User button in the upper right corner.
Select Add Existing User From Another Location from the drop-down menu.
Select the user's Existing Location from the drop-down menu.
Select the User Name from the next drop-down menu.
Click Add User to save the user information to the new location.
Only managers who are connected to multiple locations have the capability to relocate users from different locations. When a user is transferred from one location to another, their account in the original location remains active. However, if the transfer involves a complete shift to a new location, it is necessary to deactivate the user in the original location.
