To mark a specific date as time off, hover over the date and click the Time Off icon. It will be clearly marked as time off in all calendar views within SchedulePop.
Add approved time off for a user by hovering over a date and clicking the clock icon.
A notification will appear in the user's schedule indicating their approved time off.
To remove or duplicate the approved time off, simply hover over the time off card and the options to delete or copy will appear. You can then click on either option to perform the desired action.
Managers have the flexibility to schedule shifts for users even on days that are marked as Time Off. SchedulePop will not restrict or prevent the assignment of shifts during these times.
If a user has a day marked as time off but is scheduled to work a shift on that day, they will be able to see the conflict in their own schedule and respond.
Users have the ability to submit time off requests directly to their managers within SchedulePop. Managers will promptly receive notifications whenever a user requests time off.
