How Do I Request Ideal Schedule?

Below are the steps and information needed for Ideal Schedule to be activated on your account through your Client Success team member.

 
 

Please contact your Client Success team member when making this request and include the location where you would like the tool to be activated.

Once that step is completed, a Client Success team member will provide you with an Excel sheet attachment, as shown below, which you will need to fill out and return.

After the information is completed and returned, the Ideal Schedule tool will be accessible in your "Schedule" tab in SchedulePop.
