How do I access the 530 form?

Step 1: Locate the 530 Form in the Print Modal

  • Access Point:
    • When the 530 form is turned on in Location Settings, it can be accessed from the print modal on the Schedule page.
      • Located at the bottom of the “Print Type” drop down.

Step 2: Published Shifts Requirement

  • Only Published Shifts Included:
    • The 530 form populates data based only on shifts that have been published on Staff View.
    • Unpublished shifts will not appear in the report, ensuring only finalized schedules are documented.

    • The 530 form prints data for only one day at a time and only for the shift selected in the modal (Shift 1, Shift 2, or Shift 3).

Data Populated in the 530 Form
