Follow the steps below to add a shift in Monthly View:
1. Navigate to the Schedule Tab

Go to the Schedule tab in your dashboard.

Click the calendar icon to switch to the Monthly View of the schedule.
2. Select a User

Upon entering Monthly View, you’ll see a message prompting you to select a user.

Use the search bar to type in the user's name.

Once selected, their schedule for the current month will appear.
3. Add a Shift

Hover over the specific date you’d like to add a shift to.

Click the “+” icon that appears.
4. Create or Select a Shift

In the first window, choose an existing shift or create a new one.

In the next screen, enter the following shift details:
-
Shift Name
-
Start and End Time
-
Duty
-
Zone
-
(Optional) Color Code the shift
-
(Optional) Enable the Repeat Shift option
-
(Optional) Add any Shift Notes
-
5. Finalize the Shift
-
Click “Add” to save the shift to the selected date.
