To assign time off for a specific user in Staff View, click on the vertical ellipsis located next to their name in the staff list. A range of options will appear.
To assign time off, click on the vertical ellipsis and select the "Assign Time Off" option.
When you click on the vertical ellipsis and select the "Assign Time Off" option, a time off card will open, offering a wide range of options for assigning time off.
Choose the desired date by using the date picker.
To assign multiple days off, check the box named Request Multiple Days off, then choose a range of dates.
To provide a reason for approving the time off, you can either select an option from the drop-down menu or enter a note in the Reason text box.
To divide time off into hourly segments, uncheck the "All Day" box. Then choose the time range for time off.
