How do I convert paper documents into JPEG or PNG files?

Here's a guide for converting paper documents into JPEG or PNG files for storage on your computer.

To convert paper documents into JPEG and PNG files, you have several options available.

Here's a simple guide to get you started:

  1. Use a scanner or your smartphone to scan the document.
  2. Choose a folder on your computer to save the document.
  3. Before saving, select either JPEG or PNG as the file format.
  4. Opt for a dpi resolution that ensures the document is clear and easy to read.
  5. When saving the document, make sure to take note of these key points.
  6. It is recommended to organize similar documents into separate folders. For example, create a folder specifically for certification documents, such as a "Certifications" folder. This will allow for quick access when uploading documents into SchedulePop as needed.
  7. Ensure you select a clear and recognizable naming convention for your scanned documents to prevent confusion and save time during searches.
