How do I deactivate users?
Deactivate the accounts of staff members who are no longer employed or on leave. Deactivated staff cannot log into SchedulePop.
To update the status of a user in the company, go to the user's profile and select the Status dropdown menu. You can choose from various options such as quit, inactive, terminated, resigned, suspended, Family and Medical Leave Act, leave of absence, laid off, furlough, and quarantine.
