How do I add certification documentation for a user?

Simply put, you can use the certification card to upload the required certification document. For now, documents must be in JPEG or PNG format.

To initiate the process,
select the Certifications tab within the profile of a specific user.
Next, click on the blue Manage Certifications tab to access the certifications card.

Click Manage Certifications

Click the pen icon to open the certification card.

Click pen to open certification card

Click on the plus sign to access the document library to add a certification document.

Click + to access library

Locate the appropriate folder, select the document you wish to upload, and then click on the "open" button.

The uploaded document will be displayed in the documents box. Click on the Save button to confirm the addition.
