How do I ensure that users are linked to the appropriate CMS job code?

While it is possible to manage certifications without the CMS job code, it is important to connect a duty to a CMS code in order to access PPD information.

For example, if you have "RN" assigned as the duty for registered nurses in SchedulePop, it is essential to link it to the correct CMS code in the Labor Job Code dropdown. This connection is crucial for accessing PPD information.

To connect a duty to a CMS job code, follow the simple steps below.

First, navigate to a users individual profile.

Second, use the dropdown menu to select the appropriate CMS job code for the duty.  It will be saved to the user's profile automatically.
