Starting with the login page, the PopBot chat icon is located in the exact same place on all pages in SchedulePop.  That means you will not have to go searching for it.   PopBot access is located on the upper right side of the page.  Just like this.

Enter your message to start receiving the assistance you require.

When prompted, PopBot will request your name and email address. Providing this information ensures that you will receive a transcript of your chat and allows your designated client success specialist to follow up with you via email.

After providing your name and email address, PopBot will also ask for the specific name of your work location. It's important to be detailed as many companies have similar names and larger companies often have multiple locations. This information helps us connect you with a specialist who can best address your needs.
