This guide will assist you in assigning, editing, deleting, and managing an individual user's certifications effectively.
To add, review, edit or delete certifications for a particular user,
open the individual's profile.
Then, select the Certifications tab.
Next, click the blue Manage Certifications tab.
Click the pen icon to edit the certification.
(Click the trashcan icon to delete the certification.)

To upload specific certification documentation, click the plus sign in the Documents section of the certification card.
Remember to click Save after making changes.
Please note that users who are active in multiple locations must have their certifications added separately for each location.
Certification assignment is location specific.
