How do I manage Availability?
Simplifies the process of scheduling employees on a weekly basis. Managers log recurring conflicts and availability.
To indicate that an employee is available or unavailable to work on the same days every week, check the box corresponding to those days on the schedule.
To make changes to an employee's availability or unavailability, select a row and click on the pen icon. This will allow you to adjust the specific details related to their schedule.
Set specific times for an employee's availability or unavailability.
The Availability feature highlights available days and times in green and indicates conflicts in red for unavailable days and times on the weekly schedule.
