How do I manage certification expiration dates?

You are able to modify both the issuance date and expiration date of a certification. Additionally, you have the option to approve the certification in order to activate it within the system.

There are two main ways to manage certification expiration dates.

First, navigate to the Certifications tab from Dashboard.  Click the pen icon to open the Update Certification card.  Choose the Users dropdown.  Edit the Issued Date and/or the Expiration Date by clicking into the cell associated with a particular user.  Toggle the approval button to the on position.  The button will turn blue and feature a checkmark.  This means that the certification expiration dates have been adjusted and are activated.  Be sure to add proper documentation as well.  You will need to add documentation from the Users tab.  See Step Two below.  Click Done when finished.
