The Shifts and Time Off tab presents a variety of editable information about individual users. The Shifts and Time Off tab includes 4 sub tabs: Schedule, Time Off Requests, Late Punches, and Reassignment.
The Schedule tab displays all the scheduled shifts for this user in chronological order. You can use the date picker to view different time ranges of scheduled shifts. You will find an 'x' mark displayed for each upcoming shift. Delete individual shifts if needed. Delete all upcoming shifts at once by clicking the button located at the top left of the date picker.
The Time Off Requests tab displays a comprehensive list of all the time off requests made by this user within the selected date range in the date picker.
Functions available on this page include:
- "Delete all upcoming time off requests": This option allows you to remove all time off requests for the selected date range. A pop-up confirmation dialogue will appear before the action is completed.
- "Report": This feature enables you to generate a PDF or HTML file for printing purposes. This report provides a comprehensive overview of the selected time off requests.
The Late Punches tab displays a list of all instances where this user has punched in late within the selected date range in the date picker. Generate a report in PDF or HTML format for printing purposes.
The Reassignment tab displays a list of all shifts associated with this user that require reassigning.
Features available on this page:
- Staff: Select the staff "person" icon to schedule an available staff member in the pop-up modal.
- Assign Shift: Click on the "+" sign next to the user you want to assign the shift to.
- Notify: Tap on the notify "bell" icon to inform staff members about the shift and allow them to request it. Confirm the action in the pop-up dialogue.
To delete a shift, simply click on the "recycling bin" icon. A pop-up dialogue will appear asking you to confirm the action.
