How do I print schedules and related reports in SchedulePop (an overview)?
SchedulePop offers several ways to print schedules and staffing reports to help managers share staffing information, review coverage, and maintain required documentation. This article provides a general overview of where to find the print function and how printing works in SchedulePop. Details of each individual report type will be covered in separate articles.
Where to Find the Print Function
The Print option is available directly within the schedule interface.
You can find it in the upper right corner above the schedule grid when viewing the schedule in the following views:
-
Staff View
-
Shift View
-
Monthly View
Simply click Print to begin generating a report.
Accessing the Print Modal
The Print Modal allows you to select which report you want to generate and configure various print options.
The Print Modal is available when printing from:
-
Staff View
-
Shift View
These views provide access to a variety of printable reports and customization options.
When printing from Monthly View, the system generates a print-ready version (in HTML or PDF) of the calendar without opening the full Print Modal.
