How do I publish schedules?

When you publish your schedule, it is a way of notifying your staff that the schedule is now active and that shifts are available for confirmation or pickup.

To begin, It's important to note
t
hat the publishing icon can appear in either blue or orange.

When the icon is blue, it indicates that all shift information for the displayed date range has been published.

On the other hand, when the icon is orange, it signifies that there are unpublished shifts in the current schedule.

Managers can easily identify any unpublished changes in the schedule they are viewing, eliminating the need to rely solely on red up arrows.

 

To get started, click the publishing icon located on the upper right side of the page in Shift View, Staff View or Timeline View.

Choose the date range you wish to publish.

Choose which employees to notify.

Decide which zones to publish.  When finished with all these selections, click the Publish Schedule button found at the bottom of the card.
