How do I Reset my Password on SchedulePop?

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, SchedulePop now allows you to do so directly from a web browser.

Go to the SchedulePop Website
Open a browser and navigate to www.schedulepop.com.
Access the Login Page
Click on the “Login” button located in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Click “Forgot Password”
On the login screen, you’ll see a link at the bottom that says “Forgot Password”. Click it.
Enter Your Email Address
A new window will appear asking you to enter the email address linked to your SchedulePop account.

⚠️ Make sure to use the email tied to your SchedulePop profile so the system can find the correct account.
Submit and Wait for the Email
After clicking Submit, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the page.
- Please allow up to 30 minutes for the reset email to arrive.
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Enter the Verification Code
A new window will appear on the site asking you to enter the code from the email.
- Locate the email from SchedulePop and copy the provided code.
- Paste or type the code into the browser window.
Reset Your Password
Once the code is accepted, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
- Your new password must contain at least 6 characters.
Apply and Log In
Click Apply to save your new password. You will now be able to log in and access your SchedulePop account.
