If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, SchedulePop now allows you to do so directly from a web browser.
Steps to Reset Your Password:

Go to the SchedulePop Website
Open a browser and navigate to www.schedulepop.com. -
Access the Login Page
Click on the “Login” button located in the top-right corner of the homepage. -
Click “Forgot Password”
On the login screen, you’ll see a link at the bottom that says “Forgot Password”. Click it. -
Enter Your Email Address
A new window will appear asking you to enter the email address linked to your SchedulePop account.⚠️ Make sure to use the email tied to your SchedulePop profile so the system can find the correct account.

Submit and Wait for the Email
After clicking Submit, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the page.-
Please allow up to 30 minutes for the reset email to arrive.

Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Enter the Verification Code
A new window will appear on the site asking you to enter the code from the email.-
Locate the email from SchedulePop and copy the provided code.

Paste or type the code into the browser window.

Reset Your Password
Once the code is accepted, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.-
Your new password must contain at least 6 characters.

Apply and Log In
Click Apply to save your new password. You will now be able to log in and access your SchedulePop account.
