If a shift has been marked as a Call Out in error, and the shift is still active on the schedule, you can easily reverse this action within the platform.
Steps to Reverse a Call Out

Navigate to the Schedule Staff View
Locate the shift that was marked as a Call Out on the correct user. Call Out shifts are highlighted in red for easy identification. -
Open the Shift Details
Click on the red-highlighted shift to open the Shift Details window. -
Edit the Shift Status
In the Shift Details window, find the Status dropdown located in the top-right corner. This is the same field used to mark the shift as a Call Out. -
Change the Status to Scheduled
From the dropdown, select Scheduled to reverse the Call Out. -
Save Changes
Click the Save button to apply the update.
What Happens Next?

The shift will no longer appear red in the schedule view.

The Call Out icon will be removed.

The shift will be restored to a Scheduled status.
