The Overtime Report provides a detailed view of all scheduled overtime instances within a selected date range. It helps track compliance with your organization’s overtime threshold and supports data-driven workforce planning.
⚠️ Note: Break time is not automatically deducted from scheduled hours. If you need break time excluded from your overtime calculations, manual adjustments may be required. Or the use of our break time features is available.
How to Run the Overtime Report
Navigate to the Overtime Report Tool

Go to the Reports section of the platform. located in the icons on the left side of the page.

Select Overtime Report from the list of available reports.

Enter Report Criteria

Date Range: Select the start and end dates for the period you want to analyze.

Email Address: Enter the email address where you'd like the report to be sent.

Generate the Report

Click Submit to begin generating the report.

The system will process the data and email you a downloadable file.

What to Expect

Due to the large volume of data, the report may take some time to process.

Please allow up to 30 minutes for the report to arrive in your inbox.

If you do not see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
