How do I switch to another location that I manage?

The Location Selector allows you to switch between locations within the Schedule Platform, so you can view and manage scheduling data for any location you are authorized to access. This is especially useful if you oversee or work across multiple facilities or locations.

First lets make sure you are familiar with the word "avatar."

What Is an Avatar?

Your avatar is the small icon or image that represents you personally within the platform. Think of it like a name tag or profile picture — it typically appears as either your photo (if uploaded), your initials, or a generic person icon. It is your personal identifier within the system and is displayed in the upper right corner of your screen at all times when you are logged in.

How to Switch Locations

Follow these steps to change the location you are currently viewing:

Step 1 – Click on your avatar in the upper right corner of your screen. This will open a pop-up menu (called a "popover") with some options.

Step 2 – Within the popover menu, locate the section labeled "Locations."

Step 3 –  Click the dropdown arrow within the Locations section to expand a list of all locations you are authorized to view and/or manage.

Step 4 – Click on the name of the location you would like to switch to.

Step 5 – The platform will automatically refresh the page you are currently on and display scheduling data for your newly selected location.

What to Expect After Switching Locations

  • All scheduling data displayed on your current page will update to reflect the selected location.
  • You will remain on the same page or view — only the location context will change.
  • You can switch locations at any time by repeating the steps above.

Important Note:

You will only see locations in the dropdown that you have been granted permission to access. If you believe you are missing a location, please contact your supervisor or client success representative.
