How to Access SchedulePop as a New Manager
This article will guide you through logging in to SchedulePop for the first time and ensuring your manager permissions are correctly set up.
1. Confirm You Have Login Credentials
Before accessing SchedulePop, make sure you have:
- Your username
- Your password
You will use these to log in at schedulepop.com.
2. If You Do Not Have Credentials or Manager Permissions
If you cannot log in or your account does not show manager access, take one of the following actions:
Option A — Check Internally
Ask your internal supervisor to:
- Confirm your username and password, and
- Update your account permissions to Manager
Option B — Contact SchedulePop Support
Reach out to our Client Success Team:
- Email: clientsuccess@schedulepop.com
- Chat: Use the Chat Bot on schedulepop.com
Include: your full name, email address, and facility/location name for faster follow up and resolution.
3. Logging In
Once you have your credentials:
- Go to schedulepop.com
- Click on the "Login button"
- Enter your username and password
- Click Log In
- If you have access to multiple locations, select the correct one from the Location dropdown, then click Select Location
4. Resetting Your Password
If you know your username but forgot your password:
- Go to schedulepop.com
- Click on the "Login button"
- Click “Forgot password” under the login button
- Enter your username or email
- Click Send Password Reset Code
- Check your email for the temporary code
- Enter the code on the reset screen and submit
- Create a new password and confirm it
- Log in with your updated credentials
- Select your location from the dropdown
