Shifts are labeled blocks of time to be added to your schedule. This is where you will build your shifts for your schedule.
Key Features of the Shifts Tab

Shift Name:
- Each shift is listed by its Name, which identifies the specific role or task associated with the shift. This helps distinguish between different shifts, particularly in companies with multiple job functions. ( i.e. AM/PM/, HALL 1 etc..)

Zone:
- The Zone column displays the specific zone or area to which the shift corresponds. This can refer to a particular department or location.
- If you have multiple zones per one department, for example a nursing department may e broken down into halls. Those shifts will require multiple zones to be add. For example( 6-2 Hall 1) (6-2 Hall 2 )

Start Time:
- The Start Time indicates when the shift begins. This is important for scheduling purposes, as it helps ensure that employees are assigned to shifts that match their availability.

End Time:
- The End Time shows when the shift concludes. By displaying both the start and end times, you can easily track shift lengths and ensure that they comply with your companies scheduling policies.

Edit or Delete Options:
- Each shift listed in the tab includes options to Edit or Delete the shift.
- The Edit option allows you to modify shift details, such as the name, zone, color, start time, and end time, ensuring that shifts can be adjusted as needed.
- The Delete option removes the shift entirely from the schedule, which is useful when changes are required or shifts are no longer needed.
- Each shift listed in the tab includes options to Edit or Delete the shift.
Additional Navigation Tools

Search Function:
- Located in the top right corner of the Shifts Tab, the Search feature allows you to quickly find specific shifts by entering keywords, shift names, or other criteria. This is especially helpful in larger companies with many shifts or many departments utilizing the platform.
