How do I use the Attendance Report?

Below is an overview of the two main options available in the Attendance Report.

The User Time Off Report is the first option available in the Attendance Report section. This feature provides detailed information about employee time off, including the following key data points:

  • Employee Name: The name of the employee who took time off.
  • Date and Time: The specific date and time period of the employee’s absence.
  • Type of Leave: The category of the time off, such as vacation, sick leave, or personal time.
  • Reason: The reason provided by the employee for taking time off (if available).
  • Status: The approval status of the time off request (e.g., approved, pending, or rejected).

This report is available on a day-to-day basis. To view the details, simply click on the specific date you wish to review, and the report will display the relevant time off information for that day.

The User Call-Out Report is the second tool available in the Attendance Report section. This feature provides detailed information about employee call-outs, including the following key data points:

  • Employee Name: The name of the employee who called out.
  • Date and Shift: The specific date and shift during which the call-out occurred.
  • Time: The time the call-out was recorded.
  • Type of Call-Out: The category of the call-out, such as illness or emergency.
  • Notes: Any additional notes associated with the call-out (if provided).

This report is available on a day-to-day basis. To view the details, simply click on the specific date you wish to review, and the report will display the relevant call-out information for that day.
