Designed for managers and executives, the PPD printed report provides a weekly overview of scheduled and actual PPD staffing targets.
The printed PPD report in SchedulePop V2 Beta provides holistic daily PPD information for all locations within an account.
The report is generated using data collected from the actual employee time clock and the PPD census data recorded by the SchedulePop PPD tool.
The report covers one week, presenting results for each day within that week.

The report currently presents two main units of information:
- One column displays actual time clock information.
- The other column provides the schedule created by management based on PPD requirements, which are adjusted according to the daily census.
On the left side of the report, a vertical listing of locations within the account is presented. The next column displays the PPD target for each location. Subsequent columns represent each day of the week.
Under each day, there are two columns titled "Scheduled" and "Actual."
- The "Scheduled" column refers to the shifts scheduled to meet PPD requirements.
- The "Actual" column displays the time clock data of employee sign-ins.
Each day's columns provide a side-by-side comparison of scheduled and actual data, akin to a financial report contrasting budgeted and actual figures.
This setup allows executives and managers to instantly compare performance between target and actual data, facilitating informed decision-making.
It's essential to note that this feature is still in development, and new features and components will be added in future updates.
