Why Doesn’t My Printed Schedule Match My Staff Sort Order in Classic View?
If you’re using Classic View and notice that your printed schedule does not match the staff order you see on the screen, you’re not alone.
Why This Happens
All printable schedule reports follow the sort order set in V2 (Staff View) — not Classic View.
This means that even if your staff list looks correct in Classic, the print version will reflect the order configured in V2.
The good news? Adjusting your sort order in V2 is quick and gives you full control over how your printed schedules appear.
