How do I delete shifts?
There are several ways to delete shifts. All of them are easy. Here are just a few ways to help you get started.
One of the easiest and most prominent ways to delete a shift is to hover over the shift and then click the trash can icon. In Staff or Monthly View, you will be removing a user's individual shift. In Shift View, you will be removing the entire shift from the schedule.
To delete a shift in a user profile, simply click on the 'x' next to the shift you want to remove in the Shifts and Time Off section.
To remove all shifts for a user in Staff View, click the vertical ellipsis and select the option "Remove from Schedule."
Be aware that you might not receive a warning before deleting a shift or a schedule.
