How do I resolve a swap and reassignment in Requests?

Dashboard provides managers with a centralized location to manage a diverse range of tasks. To fulfill Swap and Reassignment requests, please follow the steps outlined below.


Select a specific shift to resolve.

Click the + icon to assign a staff to take the swap and reassignment.

Choose replacement for staff

The shift is then reassigned to the new staff member.

If you choose not to assign a staff member, you have the option to inform the staff about the available shift that is ready for pickup by simply clicking on the bell icon.

Notify Staff by Clicking Bell

SchedulePop will prompt you to confirm the notification, ensuring that you are fully aware and confident in your decision to notify staff about the available shift.
